Katrina Remembrances: 20 years after

upcoming exhibitions

At the 20 year anniversary of the devastation that Hurricane Katrina wrought on New Orleans and the Gulf Coast, I am participating in two exhibitions with work that was influenced by this event.



Selections from "Blink of an Eye" will appear at TAG, the Art Gallery at Congdon Yards in High Point, NC.

There will be an opening reception for the exhibition on July 10 from 5 to 7 pm which is free and open to the public.

Other Artists in the exhibition are Elisabeth Effron: "Shaped by Light, Formed by Time" and huiyin zhou: "sojourning in lyric time."

Donn Young (assignment photographer -creator/director of 40 Days and 40 Nights Louisiana State Archives.)
