wave sequence against the sun

wave sequence against the sun

Time does not stand still, although photography has the capacity to create just such an illusion. The Transience project focuses on the randomness and impermanence of elements in motion, from objects moving in space to shifts of light as seen from a stationary point on a spinning planet. Drawing from the aesthetic of wabi sabi, which emphasizes the beauty of imperfection and the transience of time, these image sequences reflect the rhythms of our world unfolding.
